At Devolver Digital, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn, unwashed apparel in its original packaging. Please note that limited edition drops and digital items are final sale unless a defect is present.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
